Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship orders quickly generally within 24-48 hours.  Please check/update your address prior to completing purchase. 

Strictly NO PO BOXES 

The estimated delivery time frames are: 

• VIC, approximately 5 - 7 working days
• NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 6 - 10 working days
• QLD, NT, TAS, & WA approximately 7 - 10 working days  

***Bulky item's such as Mattresses, Bed Frames, Larger furniture, electronics etc. may delay these times by up to 1-4 business days**** 

NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after buyer's payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2  working days after receipt of cleared payment). 

A phone number MUST be provided when ordering. Our courier may need to contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, we are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:-.

SA - 5701 WA - 6740, 6743 TAS – 7151

Bulky items cannot be delivered to some regional and remote areas within Australia.

EXPRESS POST or PICK UP is not available on our products. 

Re-Delivery may be charged for items that undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery.
